Mid Level Inside Sales Manager

Job Duties

Fast growing, Dynamic Houston based software company is seeking a Mid-Level Inside Sales Manager. The ideal candidate is experienced negotiating Enterprise Software or IT background with 3-5 years of sales experience, and understands selling through channel partners and distribution models. He or she has a detail-oriented approach to managing every aspect of the sales process, from the initial prospecting of an opportunity through to the closing of an opportunity. Candidate must be a fast learner and have outstanding computer and customer relationship knowledge and skills. This Galleria based company develops enterprise level Video Management Software (VMS) hardware and wide variety of cameras for educational, commercial and government entities.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong presentation skills in a group, on line and individual situations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills (written, verbal, listening, etc.)s
  • Basic hardware knowledge (servers, switches and cameras) is helpful
  • Ability to learn and understand IP surveillance market and identify opportunities for growths
  • Successful sales and customer service experience in fast-paced team environments
  • Ideal candidate is dynamic, adaptable, and proactive with an entrepreneurial spirits
  • Superior telephone etiquette and negotiating skills
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience is required
  • College degree is highly desirables

Position Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, establish and maintain multiple key account relationships
  • Identify customer’s needs, propose solutions and negotiate the sales cycle s
  • Promote our full line of products and services in a competitive environments
  • Follow up with clients and leads to ensure success
  • Ability to effectively sell through channel partners strategically
  • Meet required activity levels for outbound calls, on-line demonstrations, and pipeline growths
  • Assist and Identify RFP’s with team members
  • Document activities, schedule follow-ups and maintain client data in our CRM databases
