Video Insight is committed to our customers and we recognize that customer support is the adhesive that makes our products successful. We offer a 30-Day Return period to allow you to thoroughly test our product.
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return the product for a refund or an exchange.
Accepting Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return it for a complete refund, minus the shipping cost. We will not refund returned products that have been damaged or that are in non-working order because of mishandling during the return shipment or because of misuse due to abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty assembly, alteration, modification, power surge, or other damages attributable as acts of nature. Our IP software is not elegible for a refund.
Call for a Return Authorization Number:
To receive a refund all customers must first receive an RMA number over the phone during regular business hours (M-F 9-6 CST) Customers are then given 8 working days for the complete package to arrive in our offices and be in good sellable condition. Boxes must clearly display the RMA numbers on them before they will be received.
End Users Policy:
If within 30 days of purchasing any of our capture card/ software packages, the customer requests a RMA number and returns the product in a sellable condition, we will promptly issue a full credit for the product cost less any shipping charges. If within the first 30 days of purchasing a complete solution DVR, cameras or accessories, the customer requests a RMA number and returns the product in good sellable condition, we will promptly issue a credit for the purchase price less a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.
